Hi All, Thank you for your support of the UEC’s role in the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce’s 2009 Tradeshow. As you know the Tradeshow will be held tomorrow May 12, 2009, from 3:00PM to 7:00 PM, at Qwest Field, 800 Occidental Way S., Seattle. I will be in Baltimore, MD, finishing the last of my Ford Foundation Fellowships. I can be reached by cell at 206-227-7215. I will be back at my desk on Monday May 18, 2009. Therefore, Lewis Rudd and Glenn Gregory will captain the UEC Booth. They will ensure general safety of volunteers and visitors, as well as maintain the appearance of our booth.
Volunteers from our partnering MBDOs (See the list below.) will staff the UEC booth with Lewis and Glenn. They will meet and greet visitors, share info on the UEC and MBDOs, keep handouts neat and provide that positive energy that makes the UEC Booth a fun booth to visit. Please remember that all volunteers must be registered.
Emmy Jordan will bring the UEC signage when she arrives. Emmy is the Executive Producer of the Tradeshow (The Boss!) Jessica Estrada is the Project Manager. Lewis and Glenn should address any problems to Emmy and Jessica. Thanks Emmy and Jessica. Anne Maria Jacobson will bring/send the UEC newsletter to Lewis and Glenn for distribution to Tradeshow attendees. UEC Booth Volunteers
